“Beautiful Frets”

This timeless design traces its origins to early Peruvian textiles, existing sculptures, and the architectural marvels of Mayan and Aztec cultures in Mesoamerica. It has also been found as a decorative motif on pottery among American Indian tribes. I frequently incorporate the “Fret” pattern into my design schemes for its strong structural appeal.

My interpretation of this classic motif features a larger scale and enhanced elements, offering intricate details and vibrant opportunities for color exploration. The design is available in all six colorways, with fabric repeats measuring 27″ x 27″ and wallpaper repeats measuring 12″ x 12″.
