Located in Gilbert, Arizona, this home was one of 5 chosen by the developer and was open to the public for 6 weeks. Over 30,000 people visited these homes. Each home had one builder and one interior designer involved in the construction and design.  Debra May Himes, ASID, IIDA, LEED AP was chosen to be the interior designer for this home.  The builder for this house loves Mexico and ‘Santa Barbara” style and requested the home we were responsible for in this ‘Street of Dreams” to reflect that influence. ‘Mushroom wood” was used on the ceiling in the foyer. Notice the brick domed ceiling with a Cantera Stone border in the dining room. The house sports custom tile, custom tile borders, designed by Debra, Venetian Plaster, and lots of wood beams. The master bath features an under-lit Marble countertop.
